Can I use Qubase without creating a Workspace?
No.
A Workspace is required before creating Projects and Database Schemas.
Can one Workspace contain multiple Projects?
Yes.
A Workspace can contain multiple Projects.
Can one Project contain multiple Database Schemas?
Yes.
Projects can organize multiple Database Schemas.
Visual Modeling
Can I edit imported templates?
Yes.
After importing a template, you can modify tables, columns, relationships, and other supported database objects.
Can I generate SQL from my database model?
If SQL generation is available in your project, you can generate SQL from supported database schemas.
Can I generate DBML?
Yes.
Qubase supports generating DBML for supported database models.
AI Engineering
Can AI generate an ERD?
Yes.
Prompt to ERD allows you to generate an ERD by describing your database requirements in natural language.
Can AI explain SQL?
Yes.
Database Explainer helps explain SQL statements and database structures in understandable language.
Does AI automatically modify my database?
No.
AI provides suggestions and generated content for review. You should verify the results before applying changes.
Collaboration
Can multiple users edit the same project?
Yes.
If Real-Time Collaboration is available and users have the required permissions, multiple members can collaborate on the same project.
How do I invite team members?
Open your Workspace or Project and use Invite Members.
How do I manage project members?
Project Members allows authorized users to review and manage member access.
Account
How do I change my password?
Open Account Settings and navigate to Password Management.
How do I update my profile?
Open your account menu and select Profile.
Why can’t I access a Workspace?
You may not have permission to access the selected Workspace.
Contact the Workspace Owner or Administrator if you believe access should be available.
